OP here, I don't know what SCD stands for.. and yes I meant the gemach place. I heard it's on 47th and 16 somewhere but don't know the name nor their contact phone number.

scd stands for specific carbohydrate diet, it's a diet for people with digestive issues.

Honestly I don't!!

I am aware of what's allowed and not allowed when keeping a gluten free diet but other than my health food store who also carries some kosher gluten free products I was not aware of other places.

I so appreciate every piece of information.

my child was just diagnosed as gluten intolerant and needs to be off all gluten. in addition he is allergic to milk. anybody had experience and can help me out. recipes, info etc.

What kind of help are you looking for specifically? like recipes or support or both etc.

I have family members with both these issues but they are not online it would have to be on the phone but I can ask if you are interested and don't find what you need here.
