seriously? are you comparing the way our grandparents live in hungary (most with no indoor plumbing) with our current living conditions? and besides, where did all the other illness they suffered in childhood go? (I.e. tuberculosis, typhoid, etc.) no vaccines were created for those.
and just like not all lung cancers come from smoking same is true for mmr and autism. a lot but not all.
