For those of you who have tried both methods, which results in a fresher tasting challah on Friday- freezing the raw dough or freezing the baked challah? TIA

Freezing the dough but it doesn't last in the freezer for so long in my experience.

Can you please post the recipe that can stay in the fridge, I would love to start my challah earlier than Friday.
