Shutterfly gives (I think) 101 free prints when you open an account with them.
Additionally I have a coupon code for 101 free prints that expires today (Tuesday)

Snapfish often has sales on their prints and you can get 100 for $10 or 300 for $30 including shipping. They also often have sales for 99 prints for 99 cents but that doesn't include shipping.

I am not sure what policy Shutterfly has but Snapfish delivered my pics over 500 of them and the mailman left it out of my mailbox because the box was too big to fit inside and it was Shabbos and raining. Part of the box got wet and half of the pics had some water damage. I contacted Snapfish and they reprinted my entire order, shipped it to me overnight free of charge...they have great customer service and I am happy with their print quality as well.
