Well, mine eats less... but I do find that it averages out over a week.
I wouldn't worry too much. My job is to make the food available, not to force him to eat it.
One thing that may help is that when he throws non-perishable healthy food on the floor, I leave it there for the rest of the day and he often eats it over the day off the floor. I
I know, very hygienic, but he does eat way more healthy food off the floor. I think he may just get bored being on the high chair.
