Got home 7 hours after I bought the fish. It was frozen when I bought it and it was in a warm car (warm weather outside). Was defrosted when I got home. I put it in the fridge overnight (over 15 hours). Is it safe to cook it now? I don't want to take a chance if it might not be ok.
Thanks

As long as the package is still sealed, and the wrapper is not blowing up like a balloon, then you should be perfectly safe. Just cook it for an extra 15 minutes or so to be extra sure.
(The "balloon" effect means that spoilage is leaking gasses into the package, and you'll smell it as soon as you break the seal. It's hard to miss. )
