The salmon pasta from Mishpacha was a winner if any one is interested. I scaled it up by 1/4 and it made 4 good sized servings. It was a nice light dinner that did not have too many pots or weird ingredients.

I can get the actual recipe at home but this is it in my writing.
I boiled a 12 oz box of spaghetti (I use GF so it comes in that size not a lb).
I broiled a 12oz piece of salmon until it was opaque. I used mrs dash lemon pepper seasoning.
After the fish and pasta were cooked I used the same pot to sautee a box of mushrooms, 4 sun dried tomatoes and half a cup of frozen peas. I mixed it all together in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of the oil from the tomatoes and the feta cheese that I had left over.
If you want the actual recipe let me know and I will try and find it Sunday.
