so being on a diet I steamed a big bag of frozen veggies for dinner. then I found a fat worm in it. I almost vomited on the spot. I lost my appetite completely since then. I'm starving and don't want to break my diet by eating super snack but just thinking of fruits and veggies is making my stomach churn.

should I force myself to eat an apple for starters so that I don't develop a long term aversion or should I wait it out until I can handle it again?

Oh gosh, HUGS!

Ever since I can remember, I have loved artichokes. I would wait all year long for them to come into season, come down in price, and then I would binge on them.

About 4 years ago I found a fat caterpillar in a steamed artichoke. Puke I haven't been able to face them since. Sad
