Which Smart Phone for me?

Hi!
My previous smart phone has officially died. Its an antique from a really really long time ago. The kind that still had a key pad slide out from the bottom. In any case, I am not so smart phone savvy.
I want something on the cheaper side. It does not have to be the latest model. Also, I prefer not an iphone because I hate loading music through Itunes.
I use my smartphone for taking pictures, whatsapp, and various other apps.
please help become more educated.

I have a blu studio c phone. Cost under $100 on amazon. I came from a "stupid" phone and have been pretty happy with it. It had decent reviews. I have WhatsApp and some other apps. Its an android. It calls. It texts. It takes decent pics. It has music storage capabilities. There's some that are a bit fancier but cost more, but still cheaper then Samsung and iPhone.
