How do you cleaning ceiling tiles and grout without getting stuff in eyes?

How do you clean over the bathtub?

Any help will be appreciated.

Its a newish bathroom, and cleaning woman tried yesterday (said she was dizzy) and it looks awful.

To keep from getting cleaners in the eye, use safety glasses. $5-10 in any hardware store.
