As the title says, my 15 month old child is constantly scratching, biting, or pinching us whenever she doesn't get her way or if she's in a bad mood (tired/hungry).
I understand that she can't express herself verbally yet as she only says a few words, but this can't continue. It really hurts!
Sometimes I can catch her arm mid-swat and then I hold her hand firmly in mine and look her straight in the eye and say No, no scratching Mommy. But often she's too quick and I end up with scratch marks on my face. And she does it to her older siblings too if she wants something they're playing with. I'm afraid to get together with anyone else who has kids her age or younger because she could really hurt someone.
Advice?
