Can I replace coconut flour for reg flour? Is yes cup per cup? Or ?????

NO! NO! NO! I tried that my first time using it and I ended up with chokingly dry brownies. Coconut flour reacts very differently in terms of how it absorbs liquid, etc. You have to use recipes specifically for coconut flour, at least for a while, until you understand it. I have an amazing brownie recipe using coconut flour. If you want it, PM me.
