Can anyone tell me about the population in this area? Would like to know if my kids will have friends to play with if we move there.

Not sure as I live in a different area of fair lawn. But if you plan to go to Shomrei Torah, it seems to be a bit far.

we were planning that. we don't mind a bit of a walk. the location seems convenient in other ways, I just wanted to know about the neighbors.
