Looking to get my teenage, tech savvy ds a phone. We want texting and the ability to load a few games, and for it not to be too unwieldy (no flip phone).

We don't want data. If there's a browser, we want to either disable or remove it or block it so we have to put in a code for him to use it (so he can't just hook into available wifi and browse). We don't want him to be able to download with other users either.

Anything?
