Don't kid yourself. The mother knows her daughter is difficult. That's why she asked. Go back to her and tell her that you had other things in your mind and that after you thought about it, these are the things that happened. Don't editorialize, just tell her the facts.
Meanwhile, I think you should speak to the school nurse or a teacher. They are trained and can help you decide whether the topic needs to be brought to further action. Do it anonymously, as in ' if you had s kid over and this happened, what would you do?'

Tell the mother first before talking to a professional. I think she deserves to know first... especially if there's a logical and innocent answer regarding the "secret room" thing.
