Nissim is amazing. He's a good friend of mine from Seattle. His family is so wonderful and sincere, and they are the epitome of Ahavas Isroel.
His rap style may not be to everyone's taste, but he definitely deserves his success. Check his video with Rabbi Benzaquen, too.

Nothing new. There have been many popular Jewish songs over the years whose melodies were "borrowed" from secular songs. I have to admit though that this is one of my personal faves.
