Just diagnosed with serious dairy allergy and a bad case of candida. No idea what to make for shavuous, bec I can't have dairy, fruits, starchy veg, anything with sugar or yeast, no grains (except quinoa which I can't digest) .... I also don't use soy or tofu . Oh and no sauces like soy sauce, duck or bbq sauce.
What to cook for my family and guests that I can also eat?

Forgot to say, no legumes, beans, or lentils either.
Love the idea of tomato soup, but worried it might be sour without sugar. I can use a bit of stevia, but it gives me diarrhea even in small amounts.

Of course, just trying to figure out ideas. For example, I cant make blintzes, mashed potatoes, breaded cutlets or roasted sweet potatoes, like I'd usually make.
I can have brown rice in small amounts

I make tomato soup with just tomato juice, garlic, and Italian seasoning. No sugar.
