Smear with ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard mixture. Roll up with a piece of pastrami inside.
Smear with mayo, cover in crushed pretzels or pringles.
Plain bbq sauce.
BBQ sauce mixed with duck sauce and a little mayo and soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Saute an onion, add pieces of cutlets and some corn starch.
Layer cutlets, veggies such as mushrooms, green beans, snap peas, baby corn, peppers, broccoli (take you pick. Mix a sauce of equal parts soy sauce, oil and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the cutlets and vegetables. Mix halfway through baking.
Saute onions and garlic, add shredded chicken, soy sauce, honey and mustard. I serve this in pita.

Equal parts soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and brown sugar, throw in a few cloves of garlic. (Let it marinate - I freeze it at this point.) Grill, broil or bake.

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups broccoli florets
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic and ginger. Fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is brown.
Add 3/4 cup of the broth, the soy sauce and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Add broccoli. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and broccoli are crisp-tender.
Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup broth; stir into chicken mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened.
Honey BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
½ cup of all-purpose flour
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of pepper
½ cup of barbecue sauce of your choice
¼ cup of honey
½ tsp of chili flakes (optional)
oil for frying
Directions :
Add the flour, salt, and pepper to a ziploc storage bag. Put the chicken strips in, seal, and shake until the chicken is completely coated with the flour mixture.
Add some oil to a preheated pan. Fry the chicken, over medium high heat, until it is golden brown. This will take about 7 to 10 minutes. Set it aside in a bowl.
In the same pan, add in the barbecue sauce, honey, chili flakes, and a bit more pepper. Reduce the heat to low and stir it for about 2 minutes.
Place the chicken back in and toss until it’s coated with all the ingredients.
