I don't use recipes but some ideas:
Spinach with strawberries, balsamic dressing, honeyed almonds or pecans
Greek salad- romaine, feta, tomato, cucumber, Olive, oregano lemon and olive oil, little bit of chopped red onion, good with avacado and sun dried tomatoes too
Lettuce, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, lemon garlic dressing, capers, baby tomatoes
Lettuce, quinoa, grapefruit, mint, lime honey dressing
Spinach, roasted shiitake mushrooms, mustard balsamic dressing, pine nuts, basil
Mango, avacado, black beans, scallions, lettuce or quinoa- lime chipotle taco dressing
