any pickled salmon recipe. your cookbook should have. don't have any now but pickled fish lasts longest.

Lemon juice and honey. That's all you need. Bake until just done, and let sit until it's cooked in the middle.
DH absolutely loves this, and now it's our go-to recipe. He gets disappointed if I try anything else.

Bake in duck sauce with slivered almonds. Serve warm over a bed of lettuce. Yum!!

If you didn't yet make it,
Any way You do it should last till Monday morning..
I smear oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic and parsley flakes! I bake on 400 for 10 minutes and broil for another 7
Something with more flavor- mix mayonez mustard and garlic, smear on salmon and then sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
These are good cold or warm
