My 4 year old daughter gave herself a BAD haircut. When I called her playgroup teacher to warn her she said " Don't you remember.She did this last year too."

This reminds me... M cousin has thus minhag that they never cut a girls hair till its clipped after the wedding. So her daughter had beautiful hair at 3 braided into two adorable braids. A neighbor chopped it off in such a weird angle with some bald spots. She nearly fainted when she saw her kid. Took out a siccors and gave her a nice short short layers boy cut. She almost managed to hide the bald spots.
That was a week before her brothers wedding. She ended up looking adorable.
My niece cut her long beautiful black hair at an angle in the front. One side of the bangs were till the eye brows. The other at the hairline.....

Kids do that.
With my daughters history I'm still wAiting for the shoe to drop....
She's seen me give her sister hair cuts and she's had one too....

It does grow back. But it's REALLY shocking and upsetting when it happens.
As the other posters mentioned, one day you'll laugh. Now your still crying. It will grow back.
