Does anyone know the name of the store that sells a round pendant that you can choose the pasuk that can go on it-I think I have also seen some people wear it in a heart shape as well.

Be careful what is written on jewelry. I was given a beautiful sterling silver bracelet with Hebrew writing on it. This was long before I could read Hebrew, though. A friend of mine pointed out that it contained the fully written out name of Hashem, and that I was not allowed to wear it into the bathroom.
Imagine having to take off your jewelry every time you had to pee! At my age, every second counts.
I ended up stringing a large crystal in the center of the bracelet, and hanging it in the window as a (very expensive) sun catcher.
