Where is the cheapest place to get nosh (snack bag, wafers, lollies etc) by the case?

As far as I know these items are not cheaper by the case. Find the place that sells the item you want for cheapest. And just buy.
I suggest finding a supermarket that has a special now on those items or going to Rosner's and buying out their specials.

Every store has different specials every week. If you shop early enough you can buy whatever you need on special.

Probably Rosners. And KRM has different snacks on special each week. You can look at watsonsale.com to compare different local store's weekly specials ads.
