Most litvish places start at 8:30 (or 8:45 at the latest) and even with a drasha from the Rav, they're done by about 11:00 or so. There aren't so many MO shuls, but the ones I know have a hashkama minyan at around 7:30, and then the "main" minyan at 9:00, but even with the Rabbi's drasha, they still finish by 11:30. Many of the shtiebel-style shuls mentioned will finish at around noon; I don't know of any that go until 1:00.
