Hi, my daughter bought 27" skirts in Brooklyn Sw.
I would imagine it would be easier for you to go to Boro Park than to come to Lakewood. You can try Exquisite, Mrs. K , Teen boutique on 16th ave and 45, or Junees.

Not sure if you've been here yet, but Brooklyn Southwest had really nice A-Line style skirts: 27 and 29 inches long. different colors (black, dark grey, navy) and fabrics (dressy, casual, etc). They weren't cheap $60 - 80. But are not 40% off. They are nice skirt: lined, waste bands, pockets. Brand was ZC Designs.
