Yes, a legit store. Not great quality. Not expensive at all. Typically the clothing is immodest, though you may get lucky with some items if you look carefully. The teen girls I know seem to like it there along with Forever 21 and Hot Topic. But again, you have to pore through the stuff to find more modest items amidst the skimpy items!
