veg stir fry ...
with some olive oil in pan add some onions and fresh garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, ginger, & soy sauce ... when onions become clear add cans with liquids
after nice & hot [since they are already cooked] you can mix in a tablespoon of corn starch [premixed with a spoon of water] and wait till it thickens
serve over rice

Are the green beans canned? If so, open them all, save a little liquid and mix with Italian dressing.

this is a gr8 recipe. I serve it when hosting and it always gets compliments.
mushrooms
string beans
baby corn cut into little rings.
red pepper cut into strips.
optional: baby carrots.
pour on top and mix:
soy sauce
olive oil
soup mix
salt
pepper
garlic
bake covered for one hour

just to clarify this is not a particular recipe I make ... it's based on the cans you listed
you can always add fresh celery, julienned red pepper, broccoli, cans of water chestnut, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, diced sauteed pieces of chicken or pepper steak [unless your a vegetarian]
in other words choose the veggies you like
