25 Summer Salad Recipes

Some of the recipes combine meat and dairy, but you can easily substitute tofu for meat, or a mayo based dressing for milchig. Even the one with bacon is doable with any mock bacon meat, or even sliced turkey deli.
(The only one that got me confused was #20. I don't think we really need a recipe for raw veggies in a bowl, do we?  )

By the way, if you click on salad #20 there is a recipe for a dressing for it. Its not just raw vegetables in a bowl.
