Do u have a recipe for breaded cutlets? Something simple pls.. I have them breaded but dont want to fry..
I dont like them dry either

Dont understand.Youre ask for a recipe after you breaded them? You mean like a sauce?
For next time the quickest thing to do is cut the chicken into smaller pieces. mix with mayonaise and a bit of mustard till theyre coated then dip in breadcrumbs. Lay in pan. Drizzle with honey and bake for around 30 mins (depending on the size of the pieces and your oven)

I use sliced chicken breast pieces (no need to bang it thin schnitzel style), dip in combination of a beaten egg and a bit of salad dressing, coat in breadcrumbs (I use combination of cornflake crumbs and breadcrumbs to give nice colour). I normally pan-fry but I guess you can shplitz a bit of oil spray and bake instead.
