Where can I find a list of available apartment rentals for Lakewood? Not interested in basements, just regular apartments.

You can try the Masa U'matan. You can call them and have them email you their rental list. Be aware that there are not many "regular" apartments in Lakewood, as there are almost no apartment buildings. Most rentals are basements.

Sounds like Boro Park /Williamsburg already.

Brand new 5 bedroom homes in Stamford Meadows are around 1750.

Totally not. I live in Ridge. They are not more than 2400.

$2400 rental is for a 5 BR 2-story house. 3K+ would be for a luxury home.

675 Princeton is the new Yeshiva Apts. You can only rent there if you are a student in BMG.

Most of the buildings in Yeshiva area are owned by BMG and are considered student apts. The building on Lexington and 8th is not owned by BMG, though.

Call imperial and ask to speak with efraim Feder. He can help you. Nice guy and very good. Harmony and Stamford meadows are probably the cheapest
