Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for a lasagne with no-boil noodles? Never tried to make it before!

I don't have that brand and the brand I have doesn't list a recipe. Any recipes out there?

I've made a delicious spinach lasagna but I don't remember where I found the recipe- maybe spark recipes. I think the trick to no boil lasagna recipes is to pour a cup of water around the sides of the pan.

I use them all the time exactly as I would use boiled lasagna noodles, and I've never had a problem--if anything, I have to keep on tinkering to prevent my lasagnas from being too soupy. You might want to increase the proportions of sauces on the higher levels of the lasagna because if any part would not get moist enough, it would be the top.
FWIW, I only make loaf-pan sized amounts of lasagna. There might be more need for tinkering in a larger pan.

Mix one package cottage cheese or ricotta cheese with one egg and 1 bag defrosted spinach ( squeeze the liquid out), add some garlic powder onion powder, oregano, black pepper, can add sautéed onions and cheese ( but I don't)
You need one glass jar of marina sauce- I like to use Barilla basil or trader joes marinara.
First layer- spray pan with Pam, put a little tomato sauce and some water or wine, put down one layer of noodles, put half cottage cheese mixture, sprinkle grated cheese, add a little tomato sauce, put next noodle layer down, add rest of cottage cheese mixture, sprinkle cheese, put some tomato sauce, add last layer of noodles, tomato sauce, cheese and pour one cup water ( I mix some red wine with water) over the edges. Bake at 425 covered for 30 minutes and then about an hour at 350, watch it.
To make it lactose free: use lactaid brand cottage cheese and parmasean for the cheese.
This is for a 9x13 pan

Easiest recipe:
1 cottage cheese (can use fat free)
1 1/2 cans pizza sauce (won't use all, we prefer don pepino)
shredded mozzarella cheese - amount per preference
Box lasagna noodles
Optional veggie layer:
saute an onion. Add frozen spinach and fresh or canned sliced mushrooms. Saute until limp. Season with salt and pepper.
To make it even faster I soften it in the microwave with pam instead.
Layer in 9x13 (or in as many layers as you have noodles):
pizza sauce
noodles
pizza sauce
1/2 container cottage cheese
noodles
pizza sauce
cover in shredded cheese
vegetables if using
noodles
pizza sauce
rest of cottage cheese
noodles
pizza sauce
shredded cheese
noodles
cover noodles well with pizza sauce so they don't get hard.
Bake at 350 covered.
* If noodles are NO Boil then you just cover tightly and bake as directed. When you uncover sprinkle with some shredded cheese
* If regular noodles pour in 1/4 can don pepino filled with water around the edges. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.

Thanks. This sounds do-able.

It's much quicker and easier to not boil them! Make it how you usually would, just make sure the first layer you put in is sauce, and cover tightly to bake (uncover for the last 15 minutes or so to melt/brown the top).
In my experience you don't need any extra sauce this way.

A tip I learned from Ina Garten is to take regular noodles and soak them in very hot tap water until they are pliable. It makes a really yummy lasagna.

I'm not a big fan of the no boil noodles. I find they don't expand as much as the regular noodles so my lasagna doesn't stretch as far.
