My dh wants me to make him temani foods because he grew up with it. Any foods that I can make for supper?

Stock up on hawadj (yellow one and red one, there's a different cardamon based one but that's for coffee ) and zchug (green one and red one ). There's a nice chicken dish, pieces with bones cooked with lots of sautéed onions and yellow hawadj, also soup with lentils, courgettes, potato, carrots, onion with small cubes of lamb and marrow bones. I've posted recipe for hilbe (fenugreek dip )but my recipe is Baghdadi hilbe.

Why not ask your inlaws?
