Pesach with high cholesterol and BP

Dh has both. Just wondering, besides a week worth of vegis, and grilled chicken, what I can make for him, that will be filling.

Eggs are pretty much out, as is red meat, and he doesn't eat a lot of white potato anymore, or dairy, which pretty much sums up what people eat on Pesach.

He usually eats whole grains, Brown rice, chicken, oatmeal etc.

Quinoa with onions and mushrooms
Turkey meatballs in marina sauce over zuchinni noodles
Egg whites and salsa over zuchinni noodles
Baked kabocha squash
Roasted sweet potato halves with lime juice
You can make lots of stuff with nuts. Can't think of examples right now for some reason but I have had walnut meat etc. that I enjoyed

So it's not pessach and im trying to lower cholesterol or Dr will increase my pill. I tried this salad and I THINK is Kale is good for cholesterol and filberts in small quantities and celery. Calories medium. Sugar yes from the tangerine so if you are diabetic too put less of the fruit. I didnt add a juice or dressing. But maybe when I have guest I would add a little more of something to the people and only to the cholesterol person Id leave like this. What do you think?

2 celery stalks
Box of baby kale bug free from grocery (kosher gardens)
2 -3 tangerines seedles
3 or more tablespoons ground Filbert.
Celery slices, kale cut a little smaller. Tangerine . Filberts mix.
What else can go there cholesterol free and hopefully low calorie?
I believe in two bowls one for the family and one very similar for the problem guy. In this case the lady of the house
