A friend made a simcha and had some meals left over which she gave me.
The main dish was this huge piece of meat that is about 2 inches thick and very soft I could cut it with a fork. Really dont know what cut it is as I have never seen this type before.
My kids really didnt like it because it was way too soft but I want to do something with it.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do with it?
TIA

Shred it with two forks, add lots of bbq sauce and serve is as pulled beef sandwiches on baguettes or buns with Cole slaw.

Make steamed veg in a pot or oven with spices or teriyaki sauce. Then I like to make rice spaghetti in a separate pot and mix after cooked. (Or you can do reg rice) It's delicious!

This
My kids liked the Carlos and gabby BBQ beef sandwich
So if I have leftover meat or for a special occasion I'll shredded put it in a pot with BBQ sauce and mix it together. Sautée onion and put it all in a baguette and it tastes just like a restaurant
