Does anyone have the recipe that uses zucchini instead of eggs?

Do you specifically want to leave out the eggs? I add zucchini to replace some of the potatoes. Stays white too.

Yes, we have an egg allergy. I know there is a recipe out there that replaces the eggs with zucchini. Does anyone have it?
