I am looking for pareve breakfast ideas that can be made ahead of time and eaten cold from the fridge or don't need fridge.
I was thinking sliced hard eggs, avocado, tomato that can be assembled as sandwich straight from fridge and also lox and pareve cream cheese.
Any more ideas? A quiche that tastes good cold? A fish dish besides tuna salad?

I like quiche cold. Yogurt parfaits with granola. Cold chia pudding made with almond milk. Egg salad ( I don't like it but many do).

Pareve cheese snack. We had it for Shvuos, and cannot find the recipe. Anybody has it?

Sushi. We do it 'build your own sushi' at the table. Put out all the options and let people do it then and there.
We also do a salad bar, with all the options on the table and everyone makes their own.
Pies are good, too. Cheesecakes are awesome.
