For Friday nite. Anyone has a recipe for chuck steak in the oven?

Just made these for tonight.
Seasoned with salt and pepper
Seared on both sides. Really hot pan, on high, 7 min on 1 side, 4min on the other.
Put in a baking pan
Then I mixed a very little bit of stone ground mustard with sweetener and a little water to make a honey mustard. Maybe I made a total of 2 Tbsp, very little, poured on top. Heat up before shabbos.

You can use any sauce you want, BBB, duck, a little leftover pesto.

Made it last week came out fantastic
