My 14 year old DD is growing light sideburns. She is very self conscious about this. Do I take her for a waxing or electrolysis to remove this hair?
TIA

I'm a fan of waxing. I like that the hair grows back so that you can always change your mind and embrace the hair if you choose.

Definitely do electrolysis. Within a few months she'll be permanently done with that hair whereas with waxing she'll be going back every month forever.

I recommend electrolosis...
She'll be done with it and will not have to do waxings for the rest of her life.

I recommend waxing at this point, and she can do laser when she is a little older.

Electrolysis, it will save her lots of time and money in the long run.

Does electrolysis work well on hair that is hormonal? E.g. chin, upper lip? Laser has not worked for me for those areas.
If it does, does anyone have a recommendation for someone in BP?

I did electrolysis on my upper lips, side of my face and eyebrows as a older teen, about 16-19. So far nothing grew back... I had great results.

I recommend a permanent solution whether it is laser or electrolysis.

There are some places I wouldn't do permanently like brows because the arch is subject to fashion trends but I don't think sideburns, mustaches or beards on women are ever going to be fashionable. 😀

The place that charges 80 cents a minute... are they good. Have you used them? If so, can you post their name/phone #.
