Just look at the threads on this site today! People are not trying to distract themselves with nonsense, but having meaningful exchanges about galus and geulah, and trying to help each other with caring and advice. This is what we Jewish women are made of, even on a hard fast day, having to deal with kids or whatever else we are dealing with.
Hashem, look down from Your place and see, and redeem us once and for all!
(I know I'm waxing poetic. I get a little sappy sometimes when I'm lightheaded from fasting  )
