it most defiantly will not be.
I live oot was at a store and stocked up on meat and schnitzel. I cooked it before I froze it. I do it all the time. Guess you dont want to hear when the potato kugel we had a few weeks ago was from, guess what noone knew. It tasted fresh.

But tisha bav was late in the summer this year. The kids will be in school a good few weeks until rosh hashana. Some
Years it's a few days or even less.

If you know what you're doing, you can cook at least 3 months in advance and nothing gets freezer burnt. It's all in the wrapping/reheating process. I routinely cook in advance and things never get/taste freezer burnt.
