I would say Zappos, Shoes.com or Shoebuy.com. Amazon is also good, but you have to be careful to only order shoes with free shipping and free returns.

If you have a store nearby to return to (you have 90 days so it doesn't need to be THAT close) I have gotten lucky at Nordstrom rack online. But it's very hit or miss, sometimes they have nothing.

I love zappos for their free shipping and free returns and that I can use my amazon login. You won't find major sales but it's evenly priced and extremely convenient. Unless they changed things, if you order through their app, you get free next day shipping.

I really, really miss myhabit.
I find Amazon really difficult to find shoes. When you filter by price and then look at it only one shoe is the low price and the size I need is 5 times that price.
I need another discount shoe store with last years styles.
In the past I was always happy with UMI, but I bought my kids UMI shabbos shoes on my Habit and they were really horrible, lasted barely anytime at all. I also found Whoo loafer (or something like that) on my habit last and they were great.
