You can make it a theme if you'd like.
Fake nails, fake eyelashes, fake hair (sheitel of course), fake face (makeup), etc.
And you know what, I think you'll blend in just fine. As long as your smile isn't fake of course.

A lot of people wear fake nails it's not that noticeable (depending on the style haha) and looks nice I think you'll be fine.

As long as they are not scary dragon-lady nails, I don't think anyone will notice.

I'm a terrible nail biter and I wore tips to my own wedding. I used a natural color polish like a pail pink and had it trimmed to just about the length of my fingertips. I don't think they were noticeable from far but up close you could see they were artificial.
