I bought bagels for Shabbos day. What's the best way to keep them freshest.
Should I freeze and defrost? Is that pointless? Tips please.

I haven't done it, but I think freeze and defrost should work. I've done it with rolls several times when we've had ants and I didn't want to leave bread out.

Keep them air tight, warm over the Blech before serving.
