I happen to love roasted cauliflower, in fact, I just bought two bags of frozen cauliflower so I could make it for tonight's meal.
I drizzle it with olive oil, season it with sea salt, paprika, and pepper, and put it in the oven on 425 till it's brown.

Woops, I missed the word kugel.
Can't you just make it how you usually would, but keep out the flour?

A (small) bag of frozen cauliflower - defrosted
2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons of mayo
salt+pepper (or soup mix if you use)
mix until it's the right consistency (has some liquid to make it into a kugel but not so watery that cauliflower is swimming in it).
Bake until golden yellow on top.
I looooove this!

This sounds good. How long did you cook it?

I assume you mean you didn't cook the cauliflower since you used fresh, but didn't you bake the dish (it uses raw eggs)?

yes I wasnt sure what u meant.. I was trying to figure out if you were asking how long I cooked it before baking it or how long I baked it I was debating whether I should cook it first, but didnt end up.
I made it for friday night, so I baked it first for 45 minutes on 350 then lowered the the oven till shabbos (maybe another hour)
I would say bake it on 350 for 45 min then 400 last 15 min to make it crispy

My bad. I did mean to originally ask how long you baked it.
Thanks!
