What is the best stroller for newborns that can become toddler strollers? Do newborns really need a bassinet piece in the stroller to lay flat? Please advise as I am clueless

There are so many strollers and its really a personal choice
I personally love my bugaboo bee which fully reclines and can be used for infant and toddler... u can face the baby or turn it the other way for a toddler to face the street
I never bought a bassinet. I find it a waste. The newborns only use it for like up to 4 months and then ur stuck with it. .. unless u have more storage place than me.

Most strollers recline flat or nearly flat. Get a newborn insert to cushion the head.
