Almost three year old

I was at the shoe store today and my son was sitting near a 5 year old boy . He pulled off the boys kappel ... after I told him to put it back and apologize he went on to annoy another boy. is this normal ?? was right after day camp.... and we waited like 15 mins

Normal. He was probably tired. Hot. Kvetchy. And he's not yet 3

Totally normal. Pestering, hitting, biting, and kicking other kids in the shins - it's all part of discovering boundaries.

If you are going to run errands after camp, bring him a snack and a cold drink. It should help. Being physically uncomfortable (hot, tired, hungry, thirsty, etc) accounts for like 85% of bad behavior.
