Old-fashioned walnut balls

1 cup crisco
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanill
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups finely chopped walnuts

use a cookie scooper
bake at 375°
12 - 15 minutes

roll in confectionery sugar

note to self: do not take large bites or it feels like peanut butter stuck in your throat Cheese

have more coffee just in case coffee
