I need a suit for an interview in a conservative industry. Not much time for alterations - ideally looking for petite sizing (petite large?) Where can I shop in Bergen or Monsey for this?
Anon to protect my screen name as I am also asking irl!

Over the years I have had luck at Macy's and Burlington. Not sure if the have any long-enough skirts this year (but if you are petite that might not be as much of an issue).

Talbots
Do you have a Kasper or Jones New York near you?

Macy's has a good petite section and carries moderately priced suits for working women. It carries the Jones New York. Bloomingdales also has a good petitions section and carries slightly more ipscale lines.

All the above are great suggestions. I'd also recommend Lord and Taylor and Nordstrom.

Wow, now who wants to go shopping with me? Thanks for all the great suggestions. Preshopping at talbots online, I saw a lot of great to-the-knee length and longer skirts, btw.
