Needs to actually work on oily hair (we have the Freed and Clear, but it's minimally effective). We're in the US.
No parabens, fragrances, coconut, fruits. Gluten free. Shea Butter is ok if necessary. Nothing with too strong a smell, even naturally. Any ideas?

baking soda & vinegar work for everything
try washing with baking soda and rinsing with vinegar mixed into water - it should balance out the ph levels

Vanicream has a whole line of allergen free soaps, shampoos, and lotions. Their products are great, but not cheap. Have you tried their shampoo or is that the Free and Clear that you already tried?
