From my experience, the sizing at the Children's place runs quite small. Am I correct? If my daughter is 4 years old and I would usually buy her a size 5- should I actually buy her a size 6???
Shopping online and not sure...

I don't know girls sizing, and my boys are tall for their ages, but yes, I've found that Children's Place sizes run small.

I've found their sizes true to size.

I also find that their stuff runs small.
You can order multiple sizes and return to store.

I also find them true to size. Their cut is looser than some other places. Not as fitted as Old Navy or H&M. Cut more like Gymboree and Carter's.

Interesting that posters are saying they run small. My kids wear the same sizes that they wear in Gap, old navy , H and M etc...

Same. I only buy a size up at old navy and h&m for clothes that don't have any give, like a full on non stretch denim or corduroy dress the needs to be pulled over the head with just one button closure at the neck.

Interesting.... I find h&m and old navy to run big. Gap, children's place, carters true to size or in small side. The weight on the baby clothes don't always match what should be for size.
